Showing at Aldrich's January, 2022 - undetermined

A large showing of my be work is about to begin, almost immediately, at Aldrich's Mezzanine Gallery, on Lawrence street, in Port Townsend, WA.

The first installment will be ready by late Monday, in the section towards the Cutlery crafts shop. The other, very substantial showing of my artworks will follow, very soon, and be exclusively occupying the main section, and the adjacent areas, and the entryway already to the gallery. Look for this to be the richest display of my works, ever to have happened in one location.

Latest Marty David art piece. I just happened upon a car show in PA, today.  An art piece soon followed.  Of course. As usual...

Marty David images: The world I experience; with color, and form.

....the pursuit of my passion. That is creating and sharing original images of the Olympic Peninsula, and other places. Some of my recent works have been statements, or explorations of the world I experience, rendered with color, and form, and we're displayed, and some sold, here and there, mostly around the Puget Spound area.

A painting of a mountain Biker sold out of a Waterstreet gallery this summer, that

I created using a variation of an experimental technique that I call colors burst.  This painting will soon be featured on a print, and greeting card. a gallery downtown sold the painting and shipped it to Chicago. Sparks flew when I asked questions about that transaction and then that gallery and I Discontinued working together, over communication issues. I thank the Gallery downtown for or the opportunity that resulted from getting to have my artwork there, at a Gallery with a fairly high profile or at least prime real estate- store frontage. Getting to see that my art could sell in that sort of situation was invaluable, and confirmed what I always believed. That my work would sell, almost immediately, if it were to receive top billing,
or prominent placement in the venue. So it was something that proved itself to be true, when tested.
